COVID-19 UPDATE – Goods can now be despatched – Please allow extra time for delivery as couriers are very busy and have extended delivery times
Orders within New Zealand will be sent by tracked Courier and once dispatched should be received the next working day (unless address is a rural delivery).
Orders outside of New Zealand will be sent with TNT on an Air Express Service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but generally will not be more than 5 working days
The customer will be provided with the tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Most standard items will be dispatched within 1 -2 working days of an order being received.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock with the supplier we will inform the customer of expected lead time and offer the option of an immediate refund.
Items which are specially ordered – i.e have a special finish that is not a stock colour, will have a lead time of 10-30 days depending on the supplier and product. Please note these items are non returnable. The Customer will be informed of the lead time on ordering
Returns will be accepted on normal stock items as long as the product and packaging is in ‘as new’ condition so it can be re-sold and also meet the following criteria:
