Delivery and Returns Information

1) Architectural Hardware & Lighting

Orders within New Zealand will be sent by tracked Courier and once dispatched should be received the next working day (unless address is a rural delivery).

Orders outside of New Zealand will be sent with DHL on an Air Express Service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but generally will not be more than 5 working days

The customer will be provided with the tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

If the cost is not calculated at check out please contact us and we can provide a quote for shipping.

Lead Times

Most standard items will be dispatched within 1 -2 working days of an order being received.

We do not hold stock of all items on our website as there are so many options. If something is urgently required please contact us first to confirm lead time.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock with the supplier we will inform the customer of expected lead time and offer the option of an immediate refund.

Items which are specially ordered  – i.e have a special finish that is not a stock colour,  will have a lead time of 10-30 days depending on the supplier and product. Please note these items are non returnable. The Customer will be informed of the lead time on ordering

NOTE – All special finish items are non stock and ordered as required.

Returns

Returns will be accepted on normal stock items as long as the product and packaging is in ‘as new’ condition so it can be re-sold and also meet the following criteria:

Returns must be received within 30 days of order.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2) Feinwerk Pavers

Feinwerk pavers are dispatched from the manufacturers in Christchurch and delivery times are usually between 2 and 6 business days nationwide.

Paver orders will aim to ship by the same business day and arrive to the closest depot
within 4 business days and be out to your site address within 6 business days.

There is a minimum order of 2 pallets (usually 60 pavers) and these are delivered anywhere in New Zealand for free.

Orders can be generally split into separate paver sizes and colours, with a minimum order quantity of 10 pavers per size and/or colour.

Please ensure your chosen site address has sufficient access for a 6-wheeler with tail lift drop-off.
